Technical evaluation of the facilities
The maintenance team provides integrated technical and technical services. The maintenance team relies on several factors to evaluate the facilities, including:
• The facility’s activity in terms of equipment configuration (central kitchens – restaurants – cafes – laboratories in health facilities – laboratories in educational facilities).
• The operational space of the facility • The type of equipment • The number of equipment • The lifespan of the equipment • The geographical location of the facility
• GVC depends in its policy to determine the price values on the special evaluation of each facility on the previous factors.
• Services do not include spare parts. Spare parts are purchased at the official times of the suppliers.
• Malfunctions that fall within the misuse are not within the responsibility of the maintenance team.
